If you cant read it: HOW TO EXERCISE: Monday Start with a cardio warmup such as running or bikeing then move on to weight training such as arm curls and lifts. Then move onto a exercise you want to get good at, this can be anything. End off with streches. DO NOT STRECH TO HARD. Do it till you have slight pian not massive! Tuseday today we let the muciles we worked out the day before heal, this is nessasary because when the tishue tears it takes 24 hours to heal. Now we start with a cardio warm up the same as yesterday of the same amount of time. Then move on to core stregnthing, so do a plank for aslong as you can, every time you do a plank aim for longer then the time done before, do planks twice then do pushups, crunchies, and leg lifts. Streches Wednesday – Friday Continute doing the same exercises alternateing each day Saturday Do the same as you have been doing but focus hevily on streches at the end because sunday is the day off! TIPS! Drink a lot of water Dont go to hard Dont eat a large meal before a workout Take breaks between each exercise! Have music playing while you work out for motivation!
