Hello there........................I've been expecting you. I tried to find some naruto rp's that were active but I couldn't find any. So I just created my naruto oc. This is Shadow Uchiha Otsutsuki. As you know, he has the blood of an uchiha and an otsutsuki. He has fire, wind, earth, water and lightning chakra. His chakra fusion styles are ice style, ash style (ash style I just created for my oc), mud style, lava style, and mist style. So yeah. He has the sharingan and mangekyo in his right eye (when his sharingan isn't active his eye color is gold) and he somehow managed to get the 6 tomoe rinnegan in his left eye (he was born with the rinnegan in his left eye, but it can somehow evolve into the byaku-rinne-mangekyo- sharingan, along with his right eye, when he's angry so as long as no one makes him mad, they're fine). He's really good with swords, shuriken, and kunai, and paper bombs, and smoke bombs. His mother was from the uchiha clan and his father was form the Otsutsuki clan. Ice style jutsu's: Ice crystal mirrors, ice storm jutsu, frozen flower field, deadly frost wave, ice dragon jutsu, ice spikes Ash style jutsu's: Multi exploding ash clone jutsu, flaming ash bomb, ash volley jutsu, ash cloud jutsu, burning air field Mud style jutsu's: mud rain, mud slide, mud prison, mud barrier jutsu, mud platform Lava style jutsu's: Obsidian wall jutsu, volcanic eruption, lava lake jutsu, meteorite volley jutsu, lava wave jutsu, hot magma bombs Mist style jutsu's: Multi mist clone jutsu, mist shuriken jutsu, acidic mist jutsu, mist gradient, dew trap jutsu, mist geyser jutsu Byaku-rinne-mangekyo-sharigan only awakens in both eyes when he gets really mad. Once he does, he's basically like a god, like an Otsutsuki is supposed to be.

Every user of the Rinnegan has the power to create chakra receivers to transmit their own chakra into others. This ability was used by Pain to control the Six Paths of Pain with his chakra Aside from granting the power to basically master any jutsu and nature transformations. Allowed Sasuke to swap places with objects and people, which is what he can do as well.
