I am constantly busy. 6) PLEASE DO NOT SPAM/CONSTANTLY TYPE IN RP COMMENTS. 7) Too much constant expansion will lead to your forces being stretched out and your economy stagnating. Ignoring this will decrease your stability. 8) If you declare war on a nation, you must give a proper reason (or a casus belli) for doing so. 9) You are allowed to block the war declaration of someone who does not have a casus belli. 10) The longer a war you started goes on, the less stable you will become. 11) Country unions are limited to three people, and uniting with another country will decrease the stability of the new nation that comes as a result. Unions can also only occur between two nearby nations. ====================
