Hello, and welcome to Decision Flag Evolution 2! The rules are pretty similar to other NE's. Feel free to choose mostly any flag! Rules: 1. No self-remixing. 2. Do not use offensive flags i.e. 1933-1945 Germany, Schwarze Sonne. (gave me the idea of present day Germany) 3. No low effort remixes! Number Evolutions are supposed to be animations.
i dont understand why we need all this extra stress like "number" and "effort level" i just wanted to transition the flag
