Do you see that "moving" thing? Of course you do. It's in the middle of the project screen. But the real question is, is this thing really moving? No, it isn't it's just that the light coming from each side of the sprite was moved to make it seem like, from one's perception, this sprite was moving. Check though the costumes and see yourself. Click on it, and center each one of them to the middle of the sprite screen. Now play the animation. You see, it only APPEARS to move because of proper lighting effects coming from specific angles.
