The sprites are from Mortal Kombat 2 Parallax: the effect whereby the position or direction of an object appears to differ when viewed from different positions, e.g. through the viewfinder and the lens of a camera. In short, a pseudo 3d illusion using 2d imaging. This project is mostly there to show off an effect that we might use in future games.
