Scratch Party V1: Top Secret RULEBOOK Backstory: Scratch Party Official Team (S.P.O.T.) was working on their very first Scratch Party, and they’d just finished crafting all the stars, medium-sized, bright yellow objects that gave the user heightened skills in every category imaginable. They were to be used to help the competitors not only heal after every minigame, but not get tired either. The winner would be given a trophy to celebrate their victory. After the storage closed up for the night, Ryxtro struck. Ryxtro was a world famous thief famous for heisting multiple diamonds and valuable paintings from heavily guarded museums. Now, he’d heard about the stars, which would make him basically invincible. He went in at night, and took them all. When the studio opened up the next day, everyone was puzzled, until they saw the mark of Ryxtro, and they panicked, knowing they would have a low chance of getting them back. Ryxtro hid them in a warehouse building that was heavily guarded on the outside. The people who had signed up for the original party were trained as spies to break into Ryxtro’s warehouse, and steal the stars back. However, when they got there, it was revealed that Ryxtro had set up his own kind of Scratch Party. And he was intent to get it started. Rules: Although Ryxtro may be a criminal, that doesn’t mean you have to be one too! Whatever the host says, goes. There is no bias on the group, and I am using a random dice generator to decide your movements. I will send screenshots and record videos if you guys don’t believe me. It’s ok to report mistakes. If you notice that there is a mistake within the coding of one of the minigames, or that we moved you too short or too far, please tell an official of the event. You will be compensated if you are correct. Do not be unkind in any way to other partygoers. Yes, this game is competitive. Yes, you will be taking stars and coins from other players. Yes, you will probably have a target on your back. But be a good sport about everything that happens to ensure your return in future Scratch Parties. Break Time is 2 minutes long. There will be no extensions, and by the time the two minutes is over, you’re expected to return back to the board. Keep a two minute timer nearby so you know when you can return to the game board. Refresh every single page constantly. The game will constantly be updating with everyone else’s moves and decisions, and the only way to update a Scratch game is to reload. If you’re faced with a decision where you can enter a shop, all the shops have actual Scratch Studios, so go to that studio and buy something if you want to. Stars cost 20 coins and are used to determine who wins, and you can buy stars from the studio named “Star Shop.” Mechanics: Die: Every player starts the round with 2 6-sided dice. I roll them with an online die generator, and make the move. I can send evidence to the die landing on a certain number if people don't believe me. You are able to buy more dice from the global shop and from all of the smaller shops, and I will use that accordingly. Shops: shops take coins as currency, and you can buy items from them. Every single shop has a studio on scratch, so you can open that studio on a new tab and comment what you want to buy. I will then sell it to you and update your data. You need to pass by most shops to open them, but there is also a global shop, albeit it has steeper prices. Star Shops: Star Shops sell stars for 20 coins. If you visit one, you can buy one star at a time from one of Ryxtro’s goons. After you buy a star, the star shop will relocate to an entirely different location. Ryxtro and the Double Cross System: At any point, you can go to the Ryxtro account and find a way to team up with him. You can set up a Ryxtro alliance at anytime, even before the game starts, but if anyone catches you in the act, you lose all the coins you’ve taken with Ryxtro’s help. Danger Point: landing on a danger point means that a Ryxtro event will occur. These are usually negative, like switching around certain spaces, but they can also be positive, like giving all players a star. Minigame point: landing on a minigame point initiates a minigame, which means all players are competing now. At the very end, I’ll check the scores, and determine the winner. Break Time: the time between every round that you can use to whatever purpose you may need.
