I’ve decided to host a game jam! Rules: 1. You must remix this project! There's literally nothing inside of it, so it's no big deal. 2. Nothing inappropriate. 3. The game must be submitted to the contest before May 24, 2023. Late penalties will be applied to anything submitted until June 1st, 2023, after which no more submissions will be taken. 4. Your game does not have to be a specific length, just so long as it doesn't crash Scratch or require Turbowarp to run. You can still use Turbowarp or recommend using it, but it should still be able to run on Scratch's default engine. 5. Your game can be in any style you wish, although styles such as 8-bit are greatly preferred. You can do whatever you want though. 6. Your game MUST BE ORIGINAL. I don't mean this in the case of music or art assets, which you can borrow if you wish. I mean the game's concept and story must be original. You can still make it a platformer or something, but if I end up playing a direct rip-off of someone else's game, you will be disqualified. 7. PLEASE, don't make a generic Scratch platformer. Those are boring and I won't score them very high. If you do make a platforming game, at least make it interesting.
