The Family tree contains members who are living, or deceased, and shows how long a dynasty can emerge. If there are no family members left, regicide happens, and the faction is destroyed. The next update log will be on the treasury.
Events sometimes end up causing adoptions to randomly happen, for example: The Three Mage Sisters go to the nearest name they see with the name H.y, so in that case it would be 54 year old Gnaeus of Scipio, who’s name begins with Gn. If they have their regular portrait, they are under the age of 50, If they have wrinkles or start greying, that means that the member is over 50, if they are shown in grey, that means they are dead.
