The last player drafted to the Storm League in the 1930s, Walter J. Alexander (b. 1921), has passed away on the 25th of February at the old age of 102. Drafted in 1939, Walter played in the Storm League for the Liverpool Stags and York Bulldogs before the rebranding. Walter had retired in 1956, and was living in Potsdam, Saxby.
