Results in the credits! A rotating Dta is a dta that has monthly new characters. I need at least two entries for each character in order to judge and choose the winner. If I dont get enough entries by the end of the month, I will extend it for the next month. Dta stands for: Draw To Adopt Meaning an art contest where you choose a character to draw, and whoever I pick the winner of each character gets to own the design. If you win a character, you have to use it! Rules: No bl00d or g0re, keep it scratch friendly. No guilt-tripping. If so, you will be disqualified. You MUST use the characters given. You can change the design to fit your style, but it must be recognizable. You can also change the colors, but they need to be very close.
