He is Kingbob, expect his clothes are different colours, with his cape and crown being red and black, the two colours of Creepypasta. He loves Darth Tubby, hence his name. Speaking of Darth Tubby, he has a mask that looks like Darth Tubby, and he likes to wear it where ever he goes. He loves Creepypastas, even though he keeps it a secret, like Pasta Boy does. He is also evil like Pasta Boy.
