It's Valerian again, I've probably lost some attachment to her but I still like her design The backstory behind the art is basically that she and her aunt/caretaker are gonna go to a dessert-themed party. So her aunt dressed Valerian up in dessert-themed clothes. Yayayayaya I don't usually draw eyes like dots by the way lol, it's just to express her confusion more #traditionalftw!!
