Press "E" to open up your inventory. When placing a building, press "R" to rotate the building. To buy a wooden house blueprint, you need 1 piece of wood. To buy a stone house blueprint, you need 1 piece of stone and $5. To buy a sawmill blueprint, you need 1 piece of stone. To get money, you need to put wood in the sawmill. To buy a brick house blueprint, you need 1 brick and $15. To buy a blacksmith blueprint, you need 1 piece of stone.
