The whole gimmick for it is the “Elevator Operator for Heck”! some of you may have guessed that already because of the outfit but also because of the triangles on his left eye! (They represent the elevator up and down symbol :00) I tried to make the design more ‘scary’ but my art style really isn’t the kind of stuff for that so I just did silly smug short man lol Anyways I don’t have much left to say?
