I'm just gonna post this here cause obviously if I post it on my Vent/Rant account (@Sonikku_HedgeFox) I wouldn't get lots of attention like I do here /// So this is about recolors and crediting. Don't act like I don't mark my notifications as read or ignore them. I really do read them. I keep seeing that most of you (not all of you) aren't crediting me or the original coder when remixing my projects. I grew very insecure about this along with my art. Cause if one of my Vents or animations, like Bonkers, Metamorphosis, and Ch4insaww, gets taken down, the remixer who didn't give me credit will take ALL OF THE CREDIT!! Which heavily worries me. Along with recolors, I've tried my best to make my drawings recolor proof and yet somehow they keep getting recolored. It hurts to see someone recolor your projects and somehow obtain more followers than the original Artist, yk? It's like so much work put into drawing only for it to be wasted away by other kids on the internet. Claiming and stealing art. Idc if you guys say "Well that's how the internet works" cause obviously the internet is now filled with children nowadays. Please, is it that hard to ask someone to recolor first??? Is it that hard to give credit??? It's just so simple!! "Hey may I please recolor your drawing?" "Credits to @cs903955 and @[another user] for the code and previous project" like c'mon! Seriously.
