literally just the END OF THE WORLD Charlie traced. pretty accurate tbh, but iirc on the original vector there was this purple spiral on the face but i cant be bothered to recreate that cuz it looks silly without fx!!! (nvm, null confirmed that in the finished vector it isnt there) how to make END OF THE WORLD Charlie effects (paint.net): Add Noise (x2) Median Add Noise Curves (set green to bottom right) Brightness & Contrast (brightness to -100)
