The once great France and Britain have now been replaced as the foremost powers of the world by Germany and its allies. However, as radicalism and tensions begin to rise, many have a feeling this will only bring about more conflicts... I am constantly busy. 6) If you declare war on a nation, you must give a proper reason (or a casus belli) for doing so. 7) You are allowed to block the war declaration of someone who does not have a casus belli. 8) Occupying all of a country will stiffen resistance against you. 9) The longer a war you started goes on, the more stability you will lose. 10) Country unions are limited to two people, and uniting with another country will decrease the stability of the new nation that comes as a result. 11) You are allowed to override the decisions of your puppet states to a certain extent. ====================
