This program draws a Pythagorean Spiral, then turns it into art. If you wish, you can press space to show the data the program used. You can also press "B" to toggle the backdrop. Please note that the limitations of Scratch's pen extension, combined with the irrational nature of square roots, may cause some lines to be the incorrect length by a pixel or two, although the lengths generated internally are correct. You may look inside if you wish to see how it works.
I created everything except the backdrop and bubbles, both of which are modified versions of costumes/backdrops offered in Scratch's sprite/backdrop library. #jbthepig #all #art #math
