Hearing no response from Noobechia's approval, King Ivan III decided to redirect the "canal" to a certain point in Shaded Coast. The "canal" has now been renamed the "Glasnost River", being the first man-made river to be used for trading and/or traveling purposes. With a thick wall surrounding the river and guarding it from being invaded by critters, the Glasnost River has also become one of, if not the most protected river in Uvconsia. "Our waterway has become a success thanks to the dedicated work assisted by the Shaded Coast! Not only will it promote economic cooperation between ourselves, but it would also be much easier for us to contact with other countries across the globe!" — King Ivan III
