Religious Instability causes you to lose Manpower and Sailors so keeping it down is important. -Going over 8 Aggressive expansion will cause a coalition to form. -When Emporer of the Holy Roman Empire, you get 1-3 ducats from each Christian province, except the papal states, where it is only one. -You Need 2000 gold to change government
