Even though the FPKF is in the Chain Alliance, King Ivan III enacted the "Interallied Neutrality Act" to which he wishes to stay uninvolved of the Leerian Civil War in spite of two factors: (1) being in an opposing military alliance with Saturastan and (2) the Permafrost Pact aiding Leere against New Leere. This act is especially put into action as the FPKF grew economic ties with Shaded Coast as of the ratification of the Peace of Dundrofk.
