As I observed on my profile comments, my new computer does not have a touchscreen. My art style relies on having one (and a stylus). I could teach myself to just use a mouse, or adapt scanned-in IRL art, but I plan to leave on 30 April so it's not really worth it. As a result, this account will not be posting any more art. It's sad, but unavoidable. Here is a collection of all the art I might have posted if I'd been able to finish it. 1-5: Art process for unfinished OC drawing from March last year. Most of what I still had to do on this was shading, but the leaves I was going to put in would have needed a stylus. 6-17: Unused art for various contests I'll now never get around to hosting. (If any of these look good to you, let me know; if I get ten or more requests to host one by the end of February, I can probably fit it in.) 6: DYCIATUS (original plan for 100 Followers). I drew Angua in the sort of scenario - lazing around on a couch eating chips and watching TV - that is entirely out of character for her. 7: Plans for another DMC, except this time the character is one my brother and I came up with. 8-11: Designs for a DTA I was considering hosting, if enough of my friends said they wanted to enter one. The third one is my favourite. 12-16: Character profiles for the DMC I was going to host for 150+. It is hard to face the bitter truth that I will never see this. Wish I'd shaded it. 18-24: Concept art from e2 of 'The Server' which I'll now never get around to animating (although I'm still going to try finishing e1). 18: Thumbnail for e2 auditions, with all six new characters on it. 19: New character outfits for e2. 20: New character outfits for e3. Man, these are old. I never got around to changing them into the updated style. 21: Other ideas for alternate outfits. I never got around to doing fancy clothes for Tracy. 22-24: Pin-up board closeups. 25-?: Various unfinished contest entries. 25: DMCE of Nova, with original design by @-KateTheAxolotl-. 26: Exceedingly bad sketch of @unigirly9's OC-at- the-time, Alex. 27-28: Unfinished DMC for @animalis-painter, except their account disappeared without warning and I have no idea why. The first is the concept sketch, and the second is how far I got on it. I'm really sad that I'll never finish this because the idea I had was so cool. 29: Unfinished art prize for @luv_lavender. 30: This unfinished drawing was going to go on a book recommendation project I never made. 31: What I have so far of a Scrolling World project contribution that was hosted by @Teppic. He seems to have left, so I don't feel too bad about not finishing this. 32: Art 'improvement' that I never shared, mainly because I was far from being sure if it was an actual improvement. 33: I included this because I liked the hair, but everything else about it is rubbish. 34-38: Random (bad) pictures of my OC, although the last two aren't bad and the very last is my current profile pic. 39: Front page for an unshared project about my procrastination, which was just an extremely long-winded excuse for why I still haven't finished e1 of The Server. 40: Unfinished FPCA project, in which the people would have been the buttons (but I copy-pasted them all into the same costume for this project). Even if I could finish the art, I'm out of time to submit this and still hope to do the front page curation before I leave. 41-44: Abandoned artist card ideas I never gave up on entirely, but am now being forced to do so. That last one seemed like a good idea at the time. More detailed information about all of these is inside the project, for anyone interested. Music is Joe Hisaishi's score to 'Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind'. Probably my favourite Studio Ghibli soundtrack (and film!) in stiff competition with 'Castle in the Sky'.
