It’s simple. Copy, Paste, or Draw your OC, and I’ll turn it into an operating system. I’ll remix your remix and make an OS out of your OC by removing all of its limbs and its torso and using that for the logo, and making the OS name the name of your OC. Replace the scratch cat with your OC and change the text bubble to your OC’s Name.
