To get a rating, remix and add your OC, then wait for a successive project with the rating to be sent. There are no hard rules apart from Scratch ToS, but you could still get penalized for any reason I deem necessary, as I am a subjective human being with varying opinions. I also will sometimes give an N/A rating (no rating).
