rant time alr spies are forever is such a good musical and i will convince you to watch it rn A) Spies B) Gay Spies C) Lovers to Enemies Arc D) Great Music E) Giant (well-foreshadowed) Twist now I will be going into depth on these points **NON-SPOILERS!!** A) Spies it's about curt mega, a spy that works for the American secret service in the 60s, tatiana slozhno, another spy who used to work for the KGB, and owen carvour (my favorite blorbo i love him sm) who *USED* to work for mi6. they're all great but so dumb i love B) Gay Spies owen n curt are the only relationship ever!! they're so cute and owen calls curt love and in the first scene they're flirting and aerjaehgaoehfthae D) Great Music talkfine outdid themselves here oh my god the music is so??? /pos ranking my top 3 1) The Torture Tango 2) We Love the Prince! 3) One Step Ahead **SPOILERS AHEAD!!!** C) Lovers to Enemies Arc owen n curt dated curt accidentally "killed" owen becomes emo for a bit owen also becomes emo because surprise he was alive this whole time and now they're enemies except curt doesn't know its owen bc he's in a mask :) E) Giant (well-foreshadowed) Twist they foreshadow the "owen is alive" twist so well???? some of my fav bits: - dma (owen's alter ego) and owen are the only two prominent characters with British accents - dma has no reason to hate curt, but owen does :) - dma just going "you." when curt sees him for the first time (these ppl have never met ever) - torture tango: curt sings "doesn't even matter if i killed my best friend!" at the same time the dma sings "i'm gonna show you the horror of staying alive!" oh you wanted the plot? ill put it in notes and credits later
