(Make sure to type in choices exactly as said in question.) Territories will have different options. Rules 1. You require resources, gold and people to conscript the military. - Conscription stops / doesn't start when any of the three aren't enough or are depleted during the process. 2. You cannot conscript beyond the population. 3. You cannot fight more than one city. 4. Your territories are white flags. 5. Gathering resources costs gold. [Which are called coffers] 6.
