Pac-Man was off on vacation but while he was gone the Chernobyl power-plant exploded and seeing as this was Chernobyl's local to Pac-Man. but all of the ghosts got affected and mutated. but not all of the ghosts where treated equal, Clyde didn't get so lucky, he didn't get any cool legs or tentacles, he got turned into a ball and his eyes shrunk. poor Clyde. now that Pac-Man is back he has to try his best to avoid those newly mutated monsters.
