Attacks: Basic Attack: Energy Punch, Neo punches with energy Combo: Eye Beam, Short-range burst attack, Neo shoots a, well, eye beam Strong Side: Hammer Time, Neo takes out a hammer and slams it on the ground, lifting them up Strong up: Sky Burst, Neo puts his hands up before jumping as energy surrounds them Strong Down: Dive Neo dives while covered in energy, does damage to all nearby after landing Special: Power Burst, Neo Levitates before blasting energy outwards Side special: EnergyBlade, Neo slashes with an Energy Blade Down Special: Barrier, Neo squishes down and Creates barriers that can block projectiles Up Special: Beam, Neo shoots a laser from his hands Air Attack: Clap, Neo claps his hands and a small energy blast comes from them Air Side: Dive its just Dive in the Air Air Up: Double Jump Neo curls into a ball and jumps, deals small damage to those that touch it Air Down: Falling Kick, Neo Falls downwards and smashes into the ground, dealing medium damage to nearby and high to those hit directly, but stuns Neo for a second
