Hair Metal Gargantuar is a version of Gargantuar in PVZ2. Like Gargantuar Prime, H.M.G has a bonus effect. However, it will only be implemented during the theme song. When theme song plays, H.M.G has the power to destroy the plant closest to him in his lane, despite of where it is via shockwave. Like all Gargantuars, he tosses his imp into your defense at half health.
