[click the green flag first??] pasted comment of what i wrote in clem's project: as a citizen in turkey, i can confirm all of this is true and that the number of d3ath has increased to 3000+. there were about 60 aftershocks which where with a magnitude of about 6.5-5.5. i have friends and their relatives living in some cities that were affected by the earthquake. 10 cities were affected and the city Hatay hasn't received ANY help even after 24+ hours. nobody came, even AFAD which is responsible of these natural disasters. neighbors and random people around the area are trying to help by hand to rescue people under the rubbles. one of my closest friends lost 3 of her relatives. and one of my other closest friends still can't hear from some of her family like her mom's cousin etc. my school best friend's relatives are trying to come over here to where we live so they are safer, but we are in the fault line too. it was reported that the aftershocks will last for at least a year, being as big as the other ones were, maybe even bigger. my friend who lives in Hatay has been hearing and feeling the aftershocks and the actual earthquakes ever since the first one happened. they immediately got out of their house, and went to their car. they are still waiting in the car, after 10+ hours, still experiencing aftershocks. after more than a day, the aftershocks continue to be as big and destroy houses. some can't go to other cities because the roads are well, very very destroyed. the only proper hospital has been flattered in Hatay. the airport runway in Hatay were destroyed. still no help from anyone. people have absulutely no place to live, with their apartments being flattened and some hotels being flattened too. they are trying to stay in sports areas and tents. there are not enough tents, not enough food, water, clothes, blankets. i encourage everyone to donate if they have a chance and are possible to for help. if you are in turkey and fit all the requirements, donate and give blood. it will save lives </3 [click on the project]
