If fire is your weakness, you have to suffer from the drought and take damage. Minimum attack wait time is 1 second. You HAVE to stop attacking when the battle ends.
Added Grasscut, who suffers from the drought, however she manages to cancel it out but will have to leave after that. also leaves you with a heal.
