He is sad because everyone is changing their Eevee OC's to make them stand on their hind legs. Also, he thinks circular noses are overrated. And, you guessed it, everyone's Eevee OC's have that feature as well. Now, he actually REGRETS being an Eevee, and he wants to look like Starry instead.
