Clarification: The C(x) upgrade means that it increases the amount of money you get per click. With U(x) upgrades, they increase the amount of money you earn per second. (C4 means that it's the 4th upgrade that increases the money you get per click when you buy it. Don't confuse it with... you know what.) The higher the number is for the upgrades, the more expensive they are, but you'll end up earning more money from them in the end.
