After several years of fighting amongst themselves, the Yill'ae Empire returns as the "United States of Yilla". Albeit not in its original glory, it has become fairly strong thanks to the supplies sent from the Golden Pact. Emperor Yoonmung also allowed some recognition of the Squidatnese autonomy as part of the Union that significantly equalizes treatment of certain ethnic groups and to strengthen the economy via tourism. Furthermore, the emperor said that should the United States of Yilla (USY) join the Golden Pact, he would most certainly rename it to the "Second Ying-Yang Entente" ("SYYE" for short)—i.e. if he's permitted to do so.
