“So your younger brother is a big problem, but he may not be our biggest. You have an evil hitchhiker in your head that you can’t control. That is also hitchhiking on a extraterrestrial stone that was supposed to be destroyed in our timeline but isn’t?” Doctor Strange continued to pace as his cloak billowed behind him. “That sums it up pretty well, actually. With a few missing facts, we don’t know when he’s coming or how to detach our little friend. I did not come to drink tea and worry ourselves into the next universe over. I came to solve both problems and solve them quickly are you going to fetch the others or not?” Strange nodded his head and opened up three different portals. Fifteen minutes previously at Banner’s place… Peter shook his head as they walked down the street. “Looks like Strange got to her first, he has a habit of stalking people.” Bruce looked at Peter thoughtfully. “I think Tony really rubbed off on you kid.” Peter smiled, “just trying to make a point is all. I think were almost…” They fell through the portal Peter landed on his feet; Bruce landed on his back. Where Bruce landed the tiles were cracked and out of place. Haper walked up to them, “about time.” She waved her hand and the tiles repaired themselves. She motioned toward a room in the hall, “Professor Sulvig and Dr. Strange are already working on it.” Haper was back at ten foot and standing straight with that coolness to the way she spoke. Her eyes speaking of the years she had lived, again. She’s built her walls back up again, Peter thought. When they entered the room, Sulvig was downloading code into a computer chip and Strange was using magic to repair Sulvig’s pieces of the computer from Loki’s staff. Strange and Sulvig stopped and said done at the same time, Banner spoke up. “Not entirely,” he held out the box to Strange. Strange took it and got back to work. “Takk du for everything you are doing for me, you all have won my utmost respect and gratitude. If ever I am on Midgard again after this I shall owe you a great deal.” Haper placed her right arm over her chest, the next thing she knew she was kneeling on a desert of red sand. A voice that seemed to fill every crevice of the landscape, deep, strong, and commanding. “The Aether is not something to metal with you can not rid yourself of it, though you have proven yourself worthy of controlling it bending it to your will. To your wishes, use this control wisely. Then she was standing again in Dr. Strange’s Sanctum, with red sand around her feet and a staff in one hand. Her hands and eyes aglow with cold red flames of light. “We are safe from the other woman our goal is to prepare for Broren min kaos.”
