Name: Techneon (Techno + eon) Type: Neon How to get: Give an eevee in your team a Neon Drive while in an abandoned lab. The eevee has to be lvl 37-45 to evolve into Techneon. Gender Ratio: Male 50% Female 50% (Although some can be gender neutral which is rare.) These can be also found in abandoned labs/experiment rooms. Height: A lot taller than the average eeveelution. (5 inches taller to be exact.)
