I'm the female Gordon Ramsay guys XD Hamantash is a traditional jewish jelly cookie. I'm not jewish, but I made these in the seventh grade for a project and fell in love with them. This is the second tim making them, my dough folding skills could use some work lol. They are HeAvEnLy! I made these ones with raspberry jelly. Plum jam is more traditional, but I dont like plum jam very much... it's too sweet.
