Animal abuse needs to stop. AND IT NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!! if there is anyone who you suspect is abusing an animal TELL SOMEONE!! If it is a neighbor, a friend, even your own brother or sister. WE CAN'T LET THIS GO ON!!
