Though their still normal animals, they carry a special power to light lanterns/lamps/lamposts/or anything that can produce light without needing anything to help them. Survivors: Survivors are the animals who basically survive in the eclipse. Helped by the Lighters and pursued by the Monsters. Each have special survival abilities that was not supposed to be in them because of their species since they adapted to the long darkness. Monsters: Monsters are the animals who went insane in the long darkness. They look normal and have normal personalities, but they always kill the Lighters and the Survivors for fun or prey. Monsters are mostly cannibals. --------* Locations: Since I made this role-play to be set in the real world. Your animals must be in a country/place in the real world/etc. Just be careful, I think there are certain people who think this idea might be offensive (I'mnotsurebutI'mjustsaying) Rumors said there was a place with the rare suns the Lighters left and connects the world together, animals from all countries can go to the place. This place is called the Lighter's Keep. But no signs show that Lighters actually live there, they just left lights. --------* Story: The world was plunged into darkness by an eclipse. Your animal and the world waited, and waited, and waited. But the last tiny rays of the sun kept disappearing. And thus the darkness began. Some animals went insane and ran off into the darkness. Some animals were gifted after they wake up to guard the dark world by lighting lamps and lanterns or all kinds with their new powers. Some animals like you went to adapt into the new, overcast, world to survive. Formed groups or survive alone. Sometimes you have to overcome your fear of the dark.
