I actually made some info/Lore: This is Gleam, Gleam is a rare species of angler fish that has mutated to be more like the popular feline pal, a cat. Some may notice that Gleam has some sort of dark purple Glue-like substance on its paws, All observed creatures of the same species have it, It is unknown where it comes from. The paw goo is used to help get a better grip on things like fish while in the water, as the stickiness of it sticks the fish to the paw. Gleam has been observed to prefer cold over hot water, likely because of the goo. Gleam's species also have a rare occasion of the glowing parts being a different color than green, So far it has only seen to be red.
