The ball moves in a pattern. The goalkeeper moves randomly. Click the ball to shoot. If it is a goal, +1. If it is saved, -1. If none of that happens when you shoot, nothing changes. After all of these events, the ball glides back onto the pattern. You have 160 seconds to score as many points as possible. Score 1 or more for a win. If it is 0, or a negative number, you lose.
