New year, new project, new character! Tootie meets a family member who hasn't appeared for a long time. And someone else meets her too!
Well, it's taken me weeks to make, but at least it's done! Someone once described their take on Tootie as, "A different universe where she is the main character and Vicky doesn't exist". But I've been wondering for a long time about what if Vicky COULD exist, and simply be portrayed in a better way. There was even the possibility of putting her in her own comical situations! Why have her be a mean big sister who succeeds at her nasty goals, when she can be a nice big sister who also suffers from mishaps? Well, this idea REALLY interested me and eventually, I finally got round to actually creating my own Vicky sprite and chose to introduce her in a similar way to Tootie herself. This is only her very first appearance, but I have plenty more in mind! Tootie's sound effects are from Lola Loud (as usual), while Vicky's are from Yumi from "Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi".
