(when its fully streched.) pretty sure this is a knockoff of those melting snowmen (the ones that move their head side to side and sing frosty the snowman.) My family had this as a decoration for years! thats why its not in too good condition (motor for rising is too loud, glasses are scratched, etc) i have this since i can remember! i think this was sold in walmart? i dunno. but its a really good and nostalgic item (for me)!
