This test is a highly revamped version of a previous test. It is significantly smaller, due to almost all of its infrastructure being contained in alternate dimensions, this device is twice as powerful, and is currently being prepared for use on a deserted island. Math has shown it will likely teleport the island, (or the few remaining particles of it) to an alternate dimension afterward.
