After the war has caused widespread disruption to both trade and peace, Joel B. Harrington starts a nuclear arms program called "Project: Lunderstorm", in which silos will be built all across the nation and its colonies in order to boost production for its initial 5,000 nuclear bombs. "We are in the midst of a very serious crisis, and Lunderville's imperialism and beligerence are only making matters worse! As a consequence for this, we will begin Project 'Lunderstorm' in order to show Lunderville what we're made of!
