Description

welp, i guess i'm an adult now and that means it is the end of an era ... ...you know the feeling you get where the time has come for you to be prepared to become more of a mature person from here on out? It feels like something outside of your world. From somewhere you haven't known. But yet, you don't realize that your first steps into this new world have drawn closer and closer before your eyes could look out of your own window. And as time passed by, you've somehow kept feeling the same sensation of worry over and over that you'll never come back to playing around and having fun in your old happy place ever again. All those memories of enjoying your sleep in your crib, to enjoying your favorite kids shows as a child, to going places and playing games on the old computer your dad owns? I have them too. Now look at today. What has changed? What was new? And most importantly of all... will you ever come back to interacting with these nostalgic memories the same way ever again? ...don't worry if you can't. Trust me, the Earth has dealt with change way back even before the Dino age. Through the meteor impact, though the times of ancient civilization, and so on and so on up until this very moment in time that is, the present. And what did the Earth do? Nothing. It just sat there in the open space without a single realization that it was changing. It just didn't have the feeling that this whole changing thing strictly mattered to itself. And yet, we as people encounter the exact same thing with our memories. Except, unlike our Earth, we get a feeling of denial that those changes shouldn't happen. The unfortunate thing is, the problem isn't physical. It can't be fixed with our bare hands and feet no matter how hard we try. And thus, one solution remains. Move on and make some new memories. No matter where you are, and no matter what you go through, there's always room to add in a new collection for the new generations that have yet to come. Yes, it is going to be tough going forward and forgetting the memories from the past, but as long as you have something motivating for you to remember, things will keep on getting easier for you in the long run. Why? Because, like everyone else agrees... ...don't be afraid to try something new. So, what's next?
