SOUNDTRACK: "Destruction's Herald" Here we have the theme of Genocide Man. In an attempt to devastate the city, he's holed up in a nearby energy plant. As Mega Man & Bass enter the facility, they'll have to navigate the hazardous wrecked machinery that Genocide Man has left in his wake.
