Time of day: It was January 22, 2023, the day was going normal but that will soon change forever. Story: An Amtrak train has stopped at a station nearby, Amy’s crew were distracted, could not stop on time and then DISASTER STRIKES! Disaster: Amy slams into the back of the Amtrak train, causing her to flip on her side. 3 people were killed, even the person riding in the nose section of Amy in the wreck. 5 others were injured, even the crew of Amy. 4436 was repaired and so was Amy but she was traumatized forever. List of the people: († = killed in the wreck) Logan; age 25; conductor † Katie; age 36; engineer Mia; age 19; passenger riding in back of Amtrak train † Zach; age 29; observer Diego; age 20; passenger riding in back of Amtrak train † The investigation: The FRA and NTSB came to investigate shortly after the crash, they eventually found that Katie’s operation of Amy has been in violation of D&MM’s rules with history of crashing trains, Katie was eventually fired and now works at an auto repair shop. The final diversion: After the investigation of the wreck, the RJ Corman Derailment Services arrived to clear up the crash of Amy, she was loaded up on a flat car along with a completely destroyed Amfleet and 4436. She was towed to D&MM where she had to be completely rebuilt.
