PetronixConsoleOS Flower is an in-between release after PetronixConsoleOS 4.0 and the future PetronixConsoleOS release. PetronixConsoleOS LightBerry is also an in-between release, if you didn't know. LightBerry was released after PetronixConsoleOS 3.0 and before PetronixConsoleOS 4.0.

TEST SUBJECT 1 was made to test Aero3D on program windows, so there was only "About" and "This PC". TEST SUBJECT 2 (January 21 2023) - TEST SUBJECT 2 is released to the public, some things have changed and not much is in the operating system. Release date is unknown and not planned. TEST SUBJECT 2 is most likely going to be removed from public viewing when updating. TEST SUBJECT 2.1 (January 25 2023) - TEST SUBJECT 2.1 is a small update which added the PCOSHelp. (Note: PCOSHelp is in Beta, and not all programs have PCOSHelp. For now, the "About" app in the desktop has it.) TEST SUBJECT 3 (February 12 2023) - TEST SUBJECT 3 is an update that added the Quick Menu, Personalize window and 1 wallpaper. PCOSHelp is removed due to unfixable bugs.
